Objectives:

  1. At the end of this presentation the audience will be able to describe the classical view of aggression.
  2. At the end of this presentation, the audience will be able to describe the Kleinian view of aggression and how it differs or not from the classical position.
  3. At the end of this presentation, the audience will be able to describe the contemporary psychoanalytic view of aggression and how it differs or not from the classical position.
  4. At the end of this presentation the audience will be able to distinguish among anger, hostility and rage and demonstrate the clinical technique appropriate to each.
